What security features can I have on my tickets?
Type A & B tickets are printed on Secprint security paper with UV ink on the back.
Type D tickets are printed on Watermarked paper – when held to the light, a criss cross watermark becomes visible.
Edge to Edge tickets are available on both Watermarked paper and Tear Apparent paper – rip the ticket to reveal a coloured centre to check the authenticity of the ticket.
We also have various types of Metallic Foil stamping available for added security, including Holographic Foil which can be added to any ticket type for an extra charge.
What regular features can I have on my tickets?
Numbering comes as standard on all tickets – this can start at any number and be prefixed with letters.
Two 4cm Stubs come as standard on Type A & B with the option to add stubs. Stubs can be added or removed on both, Type D tickets or Full-colour Edge to Edge tickets.
Print on the back of tickets – All tickets can be printed double-sided with the back being used for advertising future events, data capture or sponsors advertising. There is a small extra charge for this.
Barcodes can be printed on any tickets.

Will you design my ticket for me?
Our in-house design team will produce artwork free of charge for type A, B & D tickets. If you require a certain style to the design, then please provide any logos or images, and as much information as possible from the start so that our design team can produce something suitable for the event. All designs are then sent electronically by email to the customer for approval before they are printed.
Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes, if you would prefer to use your own artwork we will accept files in the following formats: PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS, or PSD with resolution set at 300 – 600 dpi. We have templates for all ticket types and wristbands on our Templates page.
How many tickets can I have in a book?
Tickets are stapled in cheque book format with either 50 or 100 tickets per book. Smaller quantities are available i.e. 5’s, 10’s, 20’s & 25’s – this is a slightly longer process so there is a small charge for this service.
We can also provide tickets in loose format.
Can I order more than one kind of ticket?
Yes, ordering multiple events together as one order can save you a lot of money – all we ask is that you order all the tickets together, you approve the printing of the tickets together and you make one payment. The goods will then be despatched as one order.
